WebIQoro claims that a weak diaphragm is what causes a hiatal hernia (by allowing the stomach to slide upwards). They also claim that the training increases the strength of the diaphragm, even though this muscle is more related to breathing than swallowing. WebThey are now marketing the Iqoro towards other conditions including Sleep Apnea, Snoring and Swallowing Disorders. There are anecdotal reviews for it, but yes I realise the medical studies are for hiatal hernia. From my 20's up until last week I found it more an inconvenience or occasionally slightly uncomfortable.
